Workshop: Navigating Explosiveness
Live Workshop: May 24, 7:00-8:30 PM MST (Recording available)
Learn how to use de-escalation tools to support your highly reactive child!
Parenting a highly reactive child doesn’t come naturally. It’s common for negative cycles of escalation to develop in a family with a child prone to sensitivity and explosiveness.
The good news: de-escalation tools can change the pattern!
As the frontline responder to explosive behavior at home, you need individualized strategies to support your child and break the cycles of conflict. This workshop is designed to give you those.
With de-escalation tools, you learn to be PROACTIVE. You meet needs and soothe agitation before an explosion erupts.
You learn to be RESPONSIVE. You lower the temperature during conflict and make a plan for handling explosive and aggressive behavior.
You learn to be RESTORATIVE. You teach repair and coping skills when your child’s brain is back online.
Break free from negative cycles of escalation and discover practical tools for positive change in this workshop!
Keep reading for important registration details!
*All scholarships for this round of the training have been claimed!
